I'm currently in the same boat and I'm going to either grab a single Radeon R9 280X or wait for a non-reference R9 290.

I'd say drop the 250 dollars for another one in SLI, im in your exact position right now, im buying a 144hz asus monitor for BF4, and i could either through another 760 in my rig, or buy a monster card like the 780ti, but with the new generation of GPU's around the corner from nvidia, maxwell i believe there calling it, im just putting another 760 in for now, and i'll sell those cards on ebay for ~$150-$200 each and than buy a high end 20nm card when that time rolls around. Just couldnt justify blowing 500+ dollars right now with the 290x being a turbine engine until we get some better coolers, and the 780ti, even though it is great, im sure the 20nm cards early next year will be better.

Same position, i can buy the GTX780 SC or another GTX760 SC but, i want to keep my PC for at least 3 o 4 years, i'm still don't know what to do.

Or if i sell my GTX760 SC, i can buy the GTX770 SC and save some money too.
