How do I make money for a PC?

Sounds very unrelated to PCs but i currently have a £250 laptop and it doesn't do very well in games so the best I can do is LOL at 720p low 55fps~ but I am getting into PCs for months now and I've been wanting to build one since July 2016 but the price is the issue. Another problem is that i'm only 14 so there is barely any jobs for that age group and i have currently have £315 and the build is about £1100. The specs of the PC would be;

Ballistix Sport LT DDR4 4x4GB 
250GB SAMSUNG 850 EVO 

1TB WD HDD
Cooler Master 212X
S340 Elite
Corsair RM550X 550W Power Supply 
Corsair AF140 2 pack
Windows 10

I know it might be too expensive for a first builder and especially 14 but I care alot of the aesthetics because it would look great on my setup I really like the specs because in a few years time it can handle 1440p and by that time it would be the standard just like 1080p and making it last much longer but making the money is really slow and I don't get any pocket money from my parents either, making it even slower or maybe I am getting too early to tech or just things i should just wish for.

If you have any suggestions on what to do earn money then that would be gladly appriciated.

Also to top it up a Dell S2716DG monitor making it £1600

Look up the legal working age for your country. Usually you can get a job at 14, but its just very limited on what you can do and how long you can work, but its an option.

considering asking local businesses if they have any spare/old pcs lying around that you take off their hands for free.

You might end up with a sweet collection of used parts to put together a gaming pc

Don't aim for the top end for one. Come up with something more modest. Even a ~$700 USD PC can play games better than a console. As far as money is concerned, ask your parents for what you can do to earn it or something.

Mow lawns in the summer for £10 a lawn, hand wash cars for £10, Paint a fence for £100 in the summer or even offer a cleaning service for £10 to hoover and dust a room. You will be limited by law to work for four hours a day at your age. Also look into a pre built system from Dell or HP with a good CPU and upgrade the CPU and cooler, add a SSD and RAM, and then add a graphics card. Then sell the parts you are replacing for more budget.

 

At your age, a system of this power isn't needed as you need more more geared toward homework and grades with a good amount of gaming performance when you need it.
