now check this beauty out!  WHAT A DENT ON MY NEW CORSAIR COOLER THAT I PAID 130 EUR FOR...

I reported it back to seller, his like we don't accept returns bla bla bla what you buy is what you get.. he didn't even note this...

 

Will this impact cooling? make it worse?

I doubt that will make a huge impact on cooling probably like 0.01 degree.

you should be able to return that, if not just never buy there again. its not going to inpact cooling much but it sure dosent look nice

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

They should have an in-store warranty.  If they don't take it back and their return policy says you can, sue them.

Dont ever buy from seller who does not do returns. If its stated on their website then there is nothing u can do,.

As others have mentioned, a dent like that one won't really make any difference in terms of cooling performance. If you bought it from a local place, then it's easy enough to just go back there and return it for a new one. Else I wouldn't bother.

well.. under european law, the first 6 months they're supposed to be the ones to come up with a reason why they dont refund you for a broken product.

If you bought it from a retail store and they have a return policy like 30 days or something and it's not too late to return it but they say they won't take it, sure
