I think that might be as far as I push this guy on air ,pretty epic I think for being air cooled!

 

core temp got to 81c ,for me that is a little to toasty might go for one more with the vram cranked up to +700(tested at +700 and is stable)

if this was on water I bet I could get it up to 1400+, stable 1331 on 1.25v is pretty good I think

1.3v is fine to run on air 24/7 my 770's run 1.312v 24/7 365 and are fine.

just tied the CF 7970's would of been a nice run but my card throttled the last 2 scenes ,went from 84-83 frames down to 80

Set a more agressive fan curve and you will be fine.

Damn then yeah I guess you hit the thermal limit of that cooler then, either way a great run for a run on air.

grab an air compressor and blow air at the card while you're benching

Put the temp target to the max. And make it priority.

Most of the time the power target is surpassed before the temp target.

When I run valley I usually get a max framerate of 114 and a minimum of 24. Is it normal for it to fluctuate so much? I'm running crossfire 7950's at 1000/1250. Posting on a phone right now

yeah, when the scenes change there's a momentary FPS drop that will give unpredictable low minimums. It sucks because some graphic cards switch faster during those scene cuts. overall score probably isn't effected anymore than a tenth of an FPS, but it's still irritating.

I have many tricks up my sleeves to keep you under me and unless you can push the voltage further your gonna be seriously limited on those cards. Also make sure your not throttling due to TDP.

Not sure about single card My 770's are the fastest clocked reference cards on air from what I know and see.
