This thing was literally a giant metal box that was good for Aol messenger (if you know what that is), word perfect (LOL), and playing games like doom, Dracula (RTS), and a few others, in the end it now sites in my basement covered in dust.

My very first computer had an AMD Athlon 1GHz processor. I was the coolest nerd on the block. LOL. It was paired with a 3Dfx Voodoo 3, all baked inside the most generic beige PC case in history.

Mine was an Athlon 64+ system that I bought each component for $50 or less. Was more of an exersise in sticking to a budget than anything else. Now I build all of my computers and it still serves me well as a media server.

I think it had (when I first built it) 4GB DDR2, a HD4000 series, and 320 GB HDD all put into a cheap Rosewill case powered by the include PSU. I've since added a few drives and a RAID card but otherwise it's still the same machine I built back in (I think) 2004.

My dad gave me an old windows 95 pc when i was 4 years old, used it for a couple of years untill it bluescreened.. Which was the HDD dying, so that pc is nowhere now c:

Windows 98 Mesh computer.  Later got upgraded to Windows ME. Immediately got downgraded again lol. Then made the jump to Windows XP before it died.

I dont know the exact specs, but it was a Sun Sparcstation ipx (or ipc... i dont remember), I need to buy a 13w3 to VGA adapter and pull it out again!
