Turn the power on.

If you have an overclock, prepare to erase it by bridging the CMOS pins for 3 seconds.

It probably be better idea to listen to the other people because I'm not amazing but have you tried opening it and clearing it up? I assume a large amount of dust has built up with 1 month of inactivity, I had to clean my PC after a week in spain

i think it still would turn on

Does it post? If so, then it might just be an issue with the display being off/disconnected/whatever.

The problem has been solved. Thanks you guys. I've cleaned the PC ( I don't think it's the problem - but the PC is clean) . I unplug the power cable, leave it there for like 30 minutes and plug it in. And it's worked (don't know how) but it's worked.

don't know how

most likely there was a power outage and/or spike and the power supply "froze"
