ooooh I didn't know that! 4 core?
-
I guess what I'm asking is what are the good processors and graphics cards on the lower end nowadays?
-
Athlon? The price doesn't matter so much as upgradability. There has to be a more recent setup that runs a little lower in the price point right?
-
give me one for both if you can?

Hey guys, I havn't kept updated with the newest parts since just before Ryzen launched. Can somebody help me make a decent ~$500 build? Its just going to play Magic Arena and older games like Skyrim and such. Doesn't need to be too powerful. Just 1080p gaming. Any suggestions or updates with Graphics cards and CPU's especially will help!

I have a Beastly Router. But I keep getting emails from Comcast saying my modem can’t keep up. I just upgraded to a 250mbps down 15mbps up. What’s the best modem I can use for this that’s not way overpriced?
-
So i have some stuff laying around.

No I’m paying about $50 a month right now for me and my friends’ Gaming pc’s. I’m just wondering how much extra roughly it would be compared to how much i can expect to make off of it. -
I have a GTX1080 and I found a Pentium G4560 that I had laying around.. all i need is a motherboard and i have the rest of the parts. Should i make a mining rig? what should i mine? what should i expect to pay for power and what should i expect to make?

no probelm buddy! feel free to message me if you ever have questions

the typical ones use Sata data and Sata power ports, just like any hard drive. but newer m.2 SSD's use m.2 slots located on the motherboard; though you can use PCI-e extention cards to use them there if your motherboard doesn't have an m.2 slot
-
graphics cards use 16x PCI-e slots: they are the longest ones, usually with a clip on the end

@seanbisepic the only option available is "delete" the rest are greyed out

wmic command gives ok on 6 drives. that is the correct number of disks, but one has a partition, does that affect the number of drives? if so, its not even seeing the drive. if not we're good. secondly I tried to run chkdsk but the drive does not have a letter... see screenshot. (its disk 5)

its a 1TB USB 3.0 external drive which was disconnected from a mac without "safe ejecting" and now it seems inaccessible. I went into the Disk management in windows and it sees the drive and its partitions. but I can't seem to access the drive no matter what I do! any suggestions?
