It goes without saying that this is completely voluntary, however if you chose to answer the 3 questions, please don't answer randomly just for the fun of it. The idea is to give the members a better look at who our community is made off

Just a tip: if you're going to do surveys like this, you really shouldn't have overlapping data points in your radio buttons as it presents an opportunity for skewed results in your data collection. (I'm talking about your age section)

But you still have 15-18 and 18-25 etc with overlapping data points. It should be like CoolBeans said.
