10 years ago i didn't have a TV let alone a computer and my first ever connection was a 5kBps telephone line connection

wel my internet speed is a 2mbit down and 512 kbit up and it is the 2nd best plan on my ISP i can go down to 385bit down and 128kbit up.....

Ha ha ha ha, I got pissed off with this several years ago and we got ourselves an Optic Fibre connection and I currently have 16Mbps speed, the 512Kbps plan is for people who don't need the speed and just want to browse the web put something for download etc... I pay Rs.1,700(Roughly $28) monthly for my optic fibre speeds, you do get very good optic fibre connections in India and those 512Kbps plans are for those people can afford only so much and just use it just for browsing...

Haha I worked for a company that dealt with AOL customers... Can you believe it that there are still people using 56kbit/s modems? ) In the US! Yes in the United States.

I would rather not post my internet speed/price it would make people jealous or the urge to instantly move where I live .
