Old games and our childhood.

nanowatt

Hello guyz.Since this is my topic i will start talking first(not like you have a choice but to hear me :D ).I was born in 95 and even now i remember my first game ever played. It was Mario ending-man terminator also Duck Hunt and pacman on atarii 2600.Later when i was 4-5 i guess i got an ps1 and some games with it(it was a gift for my birthday). The game that even now is is my head and i love it so much it future cop lapd but i also like die hard trilogy 2,fighting force and tenchu 2.What old game do you enjoy most and what was your favorite console?

Beware of him that is slow to anger; for when it is long coming, it is the stronger when it comes, and the longer kept. Abused patience turns to fury.

I never had a console (apart from the PS2 I got much later). The games I played a lot were NFS II SE and NFS 3 HP, Zombie wars (from 1996), Gubble 2, Epic Pinball and NFS Underground 2 (but that was already much later - in 2004+)

Monster Hunter (I've spent more than 800 hours for both PSP and PS2 version) and Crash Team Racing.

Sony needs to get heads right and get Monster Hunter back to console, not 3DS. It will be much better though if Capcom release Monster Hunter for PC.

Does anyone remember Hogs of War of the first PlayStation? Most of the pigs were voiced by Rik Mayall. Simple mechanics (basically Worms in 3D) but hours and hours of fun :D

What comes to mind besides the consoles and games that everyone had was my father's PC.

I'd play Frogger, Asteroids Activision, Pac Man an Adventure in time, Plenty of Sonic games, I love'd Sonic Racing. And I really sucked at Super Huey 3.

Father is still using that Pentium 4 Dell... Over a decade old.

I barely gamed for most of my time growing up, so one of my first experiences was the first Serious Sam. I hadn't been hooked by a game before that, but man, that really got me fucking hooked.

Starwars racer (sega genesis), spyro, super mario 64, Gran Turismo 2 (PS1), and i also put alot of time onto the Mechwarrior 4 Vengence Trial version! (I know.... apparently I could put as much time into a trial of a game as i can a full game). I was lucky and grew up with PC, N64, and Sega Genesis. Good times.
