If I play any game it will say 'this is not in your libary' when I've installed it and played it before

if I try and talk to my friends it won't send the message

if I try and buy something it won't let me

I didn't say that. I just said that what you stated, if it's exactly correct and not a lie or not a misunderstanding, isn't what you were banned for, unless you tried to manipulate the person to lower their price.

I was referring to the technical reason why it was 22 years due to the 32-bit system and the Y2038 problem.
