what do I do?

I've made a ticket but I doubt that'll do anything

I'll tell you what happened

So yesterday I was gifting stuff to a friend of mine, TF2 Items, worth like 40 ref for each 2, and then I was finished with that, so I went and talked to a friend of mine through steam chat for like an hour and a half

Then I went to bed

at EXACTLY 0:33 FOR SOME FUCKING REASON

I GOT A BAN UNTIL 2038

Why do you think it happened? I mean why the fuck would they give a 22 year ban?

I read the Support Alert and rather then banning me it looked like they were stopping a hijacker or something, but still! The bitch is gone! And I have to keep the ban for my self!

 

Do ya think it could've been because of backpack.tf and trade.tf?

I haven't used it for like 4-5 days and when I do it's either for one tiny trade (like shitty item or metal) or for checking prices

 

so should I sit in a corner for 22 years and wait for the ban to go?

or should I call 999?

I'm sure Steam support will fix it - both the ban, and the system glitch which made it so big. That sucks though, if you really didn't do anything. You didn't do any trades with anyone in the days or weeks prior to this happening? Somebody could have made a complaint or something.

Hmm... If you look at the date, it's January 19th 2038. That's as far away as 32 bit systems on Unix can count.

So pretty much you could be banned for even more if they didn't have 32 bit systems.
