can i connect 3 fans in 1 psu molex??

Yeah you can combine them into one.

if you dont have enough molex cables then get molex splitters

but most fans using molex i know can just connect back to back, so you can connect a lot of them with just 1 molex header

 

and yes you can power 3 fans with 1 molex header, assuming its not those high wattage fans like delta fans

-sigh- feeling like I'm being too negative lately

Tbh, I'm not sure of that because I have 2 fans that are connected together and they seem sort of slow but thats my opinion. Maybe that's just their maximum speed.

on molex you can power 20 fans at full speed :D

some fans comes with header like this

which will allow you to plug consequent fans right behind it, so you only need 1 molex header

if your fans doesnt split the molex connection, then get few of these

you mean to connect the 3 fans together from the 3 molex then from the last one to the psu molex?
