Is this guy using an Intel 4004 and a Geforce 256? How could anyone think that 15 fps is better than 50?

Yes, retardedly enough, this is how some games work. Ive tried running 2000 FPS in a classic old game on a 30 tick server. Honestly, is impossible as you get microstutters all the time as the game constatly try to adjust where my PC thought it was.

Or the game engine runs at 2-4 times normal speed (looking at you, Need For Speed Rivals).

actually, some old games is as good at 15 FPS as 2000 FPS. The game itself, due to how animations are done, doesnt really benefit. This is mostly due to how some old game engines are written.

Believe it or not, but some games really doesnt care if you got a 20 year old potatoe, or a PC comparable to the starship enterprise. It will run equally shit either way.

Understood. But where the hell would you find a monitor of such refresh rate. Its obvious to get stutters when fps is much higher than monitors refresh rate.
