Well it all depends on what you are going to use it for, is like comparing and FX vs an A8 or an i5 vs i7, that how it is and how it will always be, if this was not the case, then when someone asked you "build me a PC" you always go to the question "what are you going to use it for?"

Intel will always be the better option.

AMD is for people who are on budgets, or dont know what they're doing.

My AMD processor welded itself to the heatsink, and Ive had NO issues with intel.

 

All down to personal preference

if you're on a very low budget, amd is the way to go with their APU

on a mid-range to low budget system, the fx6300 and i3 6100 trade blows depending on what you do with your system

on mid-range and above, its pretty much intel because amd havent been releasing anything new, but zen will change that

-sigh- feeling like I'm being too negative lately
