Love Math? So does Bing! Now Bing can do interactive math!

Do you love math? Bing certainly does (or rather the Bing Team) because they've updated Bing to include a new features. That's right interactive maths! Woo HOO!

 

 

For those who don't know - I'm real excited about this because I use Bing. I don't use Google (Well most of the time I don't).

It still doesn't give me a reason to go there. Fact of the matter is, nobody ever goes, "let's Bing it then." On the contrary, though, it does practically the same job to the same quality of Google, like a clone.

It was hilarious. I was watching an episode of Hawaii Five O and at one point they had to search something so one of the actors said "Let's Bing that". LMAO! It was so awkward and hilarious!

Not directly. But you can still find it out using the below. 2.54cm = 1 inch.

Believe it or not my uni tutor does say 'Bing it'. I've been using strictly just Bing for the past 5 years now for everything. Works fine with me. Less ad results too.

Honestly bing is so shit, microsoft needs to give up on it. They also need to let me change off of bing when i try to search something in the start menu.

meh, I use Wolfram Alpha for these kinds of things.  Bing seems to be limited to simple math and graphing, while wolfram alpha is capable of intelligently interpreting your inputs to get the outputs you want.  For example, if i wanted to know the molar mass of aluminum multiplied by 4, i can just type into wolfram alpha "Molar Mass of Aluminum *4" and it will tell me just that.  to do the same with bing, i would have to look up what the molar mass of aluminum is, then copy that number, and then paste into bing the number i found for the molar mass of aluminum*4.  Google had this functionality bing now has for quite a long time, so Bing getting this now isn't really that impressive.  And no, I am not saying google is better at this than bing, what i am saying is that wolfram alpha is better than google and Bing for math

So it's basically posting some math problems depending on your search? I... really don't see a point in this. I suppose this is them appealing to kids, but I still don't see a point in it, I can't see anyone taking few minutes for real to actually do those tests.
