I wouldn't expect to actually get the 780, it was probably just a mistake.

The margin of profit for retailers is quite small.

I dunno, there were two left, and within 10 minutes, it went back up to 650$ with 12 in stock. Hopefully I get it.

It's all a plot by the NSA.

 

They'll put you on a list you can never get off if you receive the card. For your own well being, I wouldn't accept the package. Matter of fact, I'd change the shipping address so that they can't tie it to you. If you want, I'll PM you a secure address you should ship it to.
