How is that rig old.... At all.... It's a beast of a rig dude, 290Xs and all. Keep the rig, bikes aren't as fun as you'd think. I used to ride, but only if the weather was nice, the places you go aren't too crowded with people and other bikes, etc. Not to mention you have to keep them maintained, which isn't as much of a problem on Yamahas, but still. I had three quads (two were sport quads) and I couldn't really ride them that often and they were more of a hassle to keep running than to use. Now I just have a big old Polaris Ranger.
