Holy mother of god. It is simple plain but screaming fast. I went to an 8K video on youtube in chrome then on Brave. On chrome I had to wait for it to load then play wait again. Brave destroyed it and the whole video loaded in the time it took chrome to load just one chunk of 30 seconds. For 1080 is instantly loads and anything below that is even faster. I love this!

Just keeping this here as a i can't help but notice that nVidia treats the browser as a game as i now have an FPS counter in an internet browser.

 

i do really miss the toolbar bookmarks that chrome, and pretty much every browser, has though.

 

also, i'm not seeing much if any improvement on YouTube. however, it has made Vessel watchable

The problem I have with this web browser, is that it has its own mafia style ad control, and replace unapproved ads, with its own. Meaning if you have ads on a web site, the web site is getting 0 revenue from them, Brave gets everything, as it is its own ads.

So, it is worst than Ad-Blocker, as it tricks you in thinking that the web site is getting support as you see ads on the page, but they don't. And there is no white list either.
