I don't think Battlelog works on Edge.

 

I tried it on IE as well and it didn't work at all.

That site uses extensions that Edge and Chrome block.  I have to use Firefox to make it run.

Lucky.  Google said they were blocking it, so for me since I have had the utmost trouble loading it outside of Firefox.  :/

 

I Can't load the page on firefox. It just won't load.

 

EDIT : it loads but it looks just like edge

Works on edge and chrome as long as you don't use the plugin.

From memory there is a setting on the battle log page that allows you to run battle log without the plugin. Worked for me and I use chrome.

Nothing changed

 

 

Apparently, after trying for the first time in a year they did fix it.  So, then I'm guessing OP is having an extension issue like I use too with anything that wasn't Firefox.  xD  Let me see if I can find a fix they mentioned for that.

 

I can't get past the ea account login page on firefox.

Ask your ISP if they are blocking anything, and you can try restarting all your net stuff too.  Or, maybe someone is slowing down the ports though I doubt that.

 

I can't just restart the modem or whatever. People in my house are using the internet.

 

IDK how to contact my ISP and even if I did the chances of the person on the phone speaking English is less than 5%.

I'm pretty sure they have an English option, but if you are actually in Honk Kong the government does force ISPs to censor things like that.  Just saying.  Are you using a VPN or anything?

Only if you factory reset it.  Just unplug it for like 5-20 minutes as it depends on the router and modem.

The longer the better, but 1 minute can be okay.  I just don't know your hw/have experience with it.  So, it can differ on parts like that.

how can I tell which version it's using?

 From memory, when i tried to launch the game, it popped up that it wasnt supported through a 64 bit browser, something to that effect.
