i5 4690K OC BSOD

So I'm trying to OC my 4690k but keep recieveing the BSOD "WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR"

How do I fix it?

lower the multiplier. increase voltage. 

a very safe oc would be about 4.2@1.25v try from there..

I had it at 4.4@1.252v

Try 4.2 at that same voltage.

 

Increase to 1.3V @ 4.6Ghz.

depends how much higher voltage ur willing to go. usually around 4.5-4.6 is the max before the huge jump in voltage needed.

Personally i only have tried 3 4690k. all stable at 4.5-4.6 @ 1.33 ish.+- 0.05v

2 of em i had to push 1.42v to get stable 4.7 and 1.45v to 4.8

1.3V is safe for 24/7 operation on Haswell.
