Thanks, this is brilliant. I assume OEM means that it will have bloatware preinstalled? Am I mistaken?

Yup, bought many Windows 10/8/7 keys from them.

Never had an issue, just make sure you get the protection.

I can't explain why I like Windows 8, I use some program that replaces the start menu with the windows 7 one, and it just works fine for me, I don't get the hate against it. But then I like Firefox and that seems to be a bad choice around here, it seems Chrome is better. :P

OEM means it can only be used on one motherboard.

OEM means it can only be used on one motherboard.

OEM software, generally = no support from the vendor, so you can't call MS for help.

You can install it other motherboards with no issue. (Although, I'm pretty sure you aren't meant to.) This is for Windows 8.

But, I think they have changed it for Windows 10.

damn ok, i wish i knew about this before getting mine from a shady website

I wouldn't say the keys itself aren't shady, but they work and I've never had a problem. How would they sell it for 17 Euro if it wasn't.

I'v bought many keys from this website from this website from games to OS.

Yeah, I wasn't really a 100% about that. The only experience I have with OEM windows was on a laptop I formatted the recovery partition on for a clean install.  I called up Microsoft and they said they couldn't give a me a new key, so I just activated it "allegedly" and upgraded to windows 10 fine.

Got 2 window 7 pro keys for $15 each and people would say "oh they are probably shady" but I got the COA for both, completely brand new and un-touched then checked it online and both were completely new :D

Looking at my signature are we now? Well too bad there's nothing here...

It's not OEM, its taken from DreamSpark/BizSpark/MSDN. These are grey keys, they can be deactivated at any time by Microsoft.

These are usually often sold for 20-30x the original cost. I usually see them going for about 5 RMB on Taobao.

Those people where right.

Win keys bought on kinguin are not legal. Probably they are from Microsoft's student program and are not meant to be sold. Will they work? Probably yes, but don't fool yourself that it is not stealing, because you bought it.
