I dont think its suppost to do that

Um, so i got my pc repariert because a connector to the batterie was ripped out (that repair was 200$). Now my laptop does what ever that is. It doesnt turn on for a minute or so and then i get a bluescreen. Then it shuts down and starts again until i am on my homescreen. Then it works until somewone hits the table it is standing on...

I think its a RAM issue because the bluescreen is realted to it. I already gave it back to the repair shop. I just wanted to know of there was any easier way to fix this or if this is a common error that happens.

I know that RGB doesn't make my PC 10 times faster...but at least 2 times
