Full data allowance on internet at home? Parents don't even know the net

Socially isolated? Probably not. 

 

Result? Possible cyber criminal

I have a friend who does a bit of ddosing (usually when someone in the class is ontop of a leaderboard in agar.io). It doesn't really hurt anyone, so why should him doing that carry a 6 month jail term....

This is true. DDoSing is illegal regardless, this post is about the ridiculous things the NCA says are signs of an Internet hacking. Also, 'usually doesen't hurt anyone' is only standing for the people who don't get DDoSed. Tell that same thing to the people he DDOSes.
