new to this, what GPU would fit my system the best? Budget ver.

I recently built my own PC for the very first time! It's been a while, but I asked for help here to build it. Because of this, I'm not sure whether the GPU I'm going for is still currently the best bang for the buck/my system. I was thinking the Sapphire Pulse RX 6600. I do not have enpigh money for the XT, so yeah. Are there Nivida GPUs that are better than this for the same price (220€?). I want to buy a used one, actually, but I'm scared of receiving a broken one and not having any buyer protection on the platform I use (it's called Shpock in my country) because some sellers don't take PayPal, and I hate bidding on Ebay because I always lose, especially w GPUs, it's extremely competitive. I've tried already.

This is my system:

Gigabyte B550M-DS3H

Ryzen 5 5600 (6 Core, 12 Threads, 3.5Ghz Base, 4.4Ghz Boost)

2x8gb Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4-3600 CL18

512gb SSD M.2 NVME (Micron 2200, recycled)

Current Deadass GPU: It's actually SO bad I can't run anything w it bc driver support has been stopped since Win8, it's a Radeon HD 3450. It's got 256mb of memory I am not joking. I'm used to Integrated Graphics from my Laptop (Ryzen 7 3700U), but I really wanted a dedicated GPU this time. It's just a temporary thing I recycled from my dad who used to run a business at that time and had a spare, old GPU or smth. I cannot run any modern games (even simple 2D games like Stardew Valley).

(No additional hard drive yet)

You're good, RX6600 is the cheapest decent GPU atm

NVidia 3050 is crap, Intel GPU are weird and not really mature

RX 6600 is faster than GTX 1080
