Logitech G933 for my brother.

he uses a headset for his laptop and bean complaining about it as its very old, and only uses Bluetooth earbuds for his smartphone.

 

it would be awesome to give him a Headphone that can do both and is wireless.

A HD monitor for my parents who love to watch movies but are deterred by the horrible viewing angles on my Dad's old Thinkpad.

I would ask for a Lyve Home Photo and Video manager for my parents. Last year I started university and took my laptop withe me. My parents now only have their phones and tablet left, which have insufficient space for al of our family pictures. I now receive texts multiple times a week to send a particular picture via mail and this is quite inconvenient since they never had the pictures they want and I am constantly searching thru thousands of picture in search for "the one were we..." :D

Awesome! I would love to give my Mom a Nexus 5, she has a hard time using the computer at home and since im away from her she can just use the phone for skype and chatting.

I am a scrounger, often geting parts from the recycling depot/dump. While my parents main computer isint bad (core 2 q9300 that I found at the recycling, but needed a new PSU), the ram and hardrive is a missmach of components. While having 4 different sticks of ram isint ideal, its stable enough, but the missmach of low capacity hardrives that are constantly over heating due to the worst airflow in history is. Not only are files disorganized from the 4 different 80 to 360gb hardrives, but the system is slow and cumberson to use. This is why my request is 2 fold, a 500Gb 850 EVO SSD to make file management better and faster, and a Corsair 100 R to migrate the system to (as the current case has no intake, and only 1 80mm exaust fan)

My mom despises phones, computers everything but she loves to listen to music and of course she uses CD's from 90's and a "quality" radio that has CD reader....

So for love of god and sake of her ears(and my ears) I asked her about getting in-ear speakers and the answer is absolute no so i ended up whit these

i would like to give my girlfriend a GTX960, she's learning some design stuff with me, and started to play some games because of me, so this GTX would be a great start to build her a pretty cool pc for herself, since she only uses mine when she comes to my house.

I would get my father the monitor linked, because bless him he got himself a full gaming rig to play Elite and the upcoming Star Citizen after his love for the X series. But he's justing an old 22 inch flatscreen TV.

For my brother's I want to get them a Raspberry Pi2 + starter kit. So they would learn how to program. I chose the starter kit for them.It would be awesome if you got 2. (Still under 300$ USD before tax and shipping)

I would get my dad this pair of Bose headphones as he likes to listen to music while doing his paperwork but always struggles in finding a working pair of earbuds that my siblings or I have left around. 

 

I would also get him a subscription to Spotify or Pandora as I would enjoy him listening to music at a good quality instead of listening to Youtube videos uploaded in 2009.

I would love to be able to give my girlfriend a new headset as noted below. She and I pretty much never have any money, so, she is never able to have anything nice. I figure it would be a wonderful surprise for her to get an actual headset that works great instead of cheapies that she will probably end up rebuying after a few months wasting money in the long run.

I would get my parents a new wireless access point, since one of their access point is just about to give up the contract. Have already mounted a new UniFi access point in the house but not enough to cover the whole area. So a gift for my parents who are phone nerds and like to roam the house with their phones would be a new access point. I would want to get the GIGABYTE GB-BXA8-5557. This would be a gift for my Mother. Every time my Dad wants to watch football he takes over the TV that is connected to the satellite. With this, I can easily connect it to our other tv that only has a dvd player so she can watch stuff from the internet and movies from my server. She also has Amazon Prime so she could watch tv that way as well.  Also with her bad vision this would give her a new computer with a big monitor to use. And if she wants to take it  and hook it up somewhere else she can do that if she chooses.

I have decided to pick a laptop for my mother. The ASUS X551MA to be exact. The reason I chose this gift is because my mother does ALL of her work on a Kindle Fire and won't buy a computer. Everytime she wants me to print a pdf (we have a wifi printer) I have to email it to myself and print from my pc...
