Help me identify this Capacitor APC BX1500 repair

[IBM_THINKPAD_R51]

Hello all,
I have three APC Back-UPS xs 1500 (BX1500) that all have the same problem where they dont accept wallpower,

i have found that a couple SMD capacitors are dead

however i cant find replacements,


the two i need are the 

22                                      22uF
16s                                    16volts
H13                                    ??????????????


and 


10                                      10uF
35s                                    35volts
HD3                                   ?????????????????????????/


when i go to Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors - SMD – Mouser

there are so many i dont know how to choose, ik technically i only need to care about the volts and capacitance but id like to get one that is the right size too ofc
mine are about 5cm in diameter (cylinder part)

can anyone help me?
i think h13 and hd3 mean something but i dont know what
