No.

A Fury X let alone a GTX 980ti have a hard time maxing out that game at 4k iirc.

A 750ti couldn't max out the game at 1080p even.

And the cherry on top, your pentium would prevent you from running any AAA Game at 4k.

Maybe with like 2fps, but no not really. Let alone, you have a pentium which could never handle 4k

I can further test this on my cousins 4k RES TV if anyone would like me to try and prove this. Though I don't own GTA V I can try on a game such as Shadow of Mordor or unless someone wants to buy me GTA V off of G2A.

Best of luck with that. 970's are doable, or 390's. Nothing more than that though. At least not for multiple GPUs

Lol´ed hard... a 750Ti in 4K... sorry that won´t happen. Unless you like a good diashow hehe.

Seriously you need some much more GPU raw rendering power than a GTX750Ti. I use a GTX980 OCed balls to the wall in my HTPC on a 4K 60Hz TV and most modern games I play right now in 1080p. This will change with Pascal but until then if I want 4K I use my main PC with a Titan X 2way SLI for rock stable FPS.

I play GTA 5 max out at 1080p besides advanced settings and get 45-50 FPS

970, I assume, would manage 40-60fps - my 980 - clocked off its face - with some settings turned down, managed 60fps flat...

Sorry hate to  destroy your delusions here but pretty much your whole system isn´t really set up for 4K. Even if you went out and bought a GTX980Ti the dual core CPU would severly bottleneck this card and with 8GB system memory your Frametimes would be rather cruel in games like GTA V.
