Should I trust this?

This happens when I start up my computer

Looks like a virus, try running a virus scanner and malware scanner

Looks like malware, perhaps run a scan?

No , this is not legit at all !

I think your pc got a nasty infection (don't want to use the word "virus" blindly)

This is a scam designed to get your credit card information/ get your $$$

 

I think you should reinstall windows

I asked them what products their company makes and after they responded, I stated "You're not making any sense." They hung up after that.

Try re-scanning your system in Safe Mode.

Why do all of these scams not even have the effort to make sure thier number actually works? How are they supposed to steal from people if they can't even call them!?

download and run malwarebytes, also try avira if that doesn't work.

SCAM/SPAM/PRANK just kill the process or uninstall/remove the virus/program and report the error to any friends or site-peers
