Depends on your preferences, I'd personally pick GTA V, it's pretty fun, but quite often the players online will try to kill you for no reason whatsoever.

It's already included in the game.

It's up to you actually, which one do you prefer? GTA V is fun actually but has hackers issue, I don't know about Black Ops III because I don't have it.

I prefer GTA V, I'm already used to it.

Yes, you'll get one map (Shadow's of Evil), the rest you have to buy as DLC.

Played COD Ghosts, biggest waste of money ever.

Laggy servers, bad map design, overpowered killstreak rewards, bad framerates, etc etc etc

 

GTA:V was one of the best games I've ever played.
