No paid DLC plans for Need for Speed, runs at 30fps on PS4 and Xbox One

I'm almost convinced they're telling the truth, yet bending it in some way for their own advantage :-/

But maybe I'm just too paranoid.

I feel like I read this comment on a news article about the U.S. government.

Not sure if people are blind, stupid, forgetful or a combination of all 3...

But this is something that everyone should have seen coming ages ago...

People need reality checks imo...

Is EA trying to get out of their hole?, who gave them a ladder?

I do hope they stick to those claims, and I hope they don't screw up this game.

Actually, they digged so hard they reached the other side.

I don't mind paid DLC if it's worth what their asking.

$15 for 4-5 maps is BS, and I love how EA tries to spin it off as "Expansion Packs": https://www.origin.com/en-us/store/browse/battlefield/expansion

I wonder if NFS will have "Expansion Packs" and when we complain they'll just say "We never said anything about not having Expansion Packs, we do that with all of our games!"

Maybe I'm being too cynical, but god damnit this is EA here.

Those are expansion packs not just map packs they also include new weapons, new vehicles, new gadgets, 1-2 new game modes, skins, dog tags, new challenges, as well as new community events.

DLC for Battlefield always had a fair price Battlefield Premium may cost $50 but it has more content than many full AAA games 20+ maps, dozens of weapons, skins, vehicles, gadgets, game modes, community features and events ect.

And unlike a traditional Season Pass that only works for a season *cough Borderlands 2 *cough Battlefield Premium has no time limit and gives all content that will ever be made for the game which in the case of Battlefield 4 has been extended for an extra year with way more content than originally planned.
