If i were to get another 280x Tri-X OC (which would be impossible to find  :( ), what PSU wattage would I need to support the two in crossfire?

As mentioned 750W is a solid amount for Crossfire. EVGAs B2 is a good option for ya.

A good quality 750W should be sufficient, but if you wanted more growing room for OCing than an 850W would be a great choice.

A good 750W would be okay. I'd go for 850W to allow more room for upgrades and overclocking though
