I find that physically forcing yourself to start working helps. If you try and suppress that feeling of "I don't wanna!" and just make yourself start working, I think you'll find that the start is the worst bit and that as you work it gets easier.

 It is a lot easier to keep yourself working than it is to start working.  Starting is the hardest part. Do something physical to build momentum.

I find just doing work around the house helps me build momentum to get other stuff done.  Clean a bathroom, vacuum floors, then tackle other projects right away.  Cleaning is very therapeutic.

If there is a reason you don't want to deal with it,then deal with that reason first  :P
