If you look around you should be able to find pretty much any phone for that price, especially used.

I've seen several Note 4's locally here for $450. New. Just make sure they're unlocked, or can be switched to your name.

You should easily be able to grab a Galaxy Alpha for that. They're $350 here. They're only $445 on Expansys.

 

Z3, Nexus 6 if you can handle the size, Z3 Compact, Motorola X Play, HTC M8/M9 are all decent phones.

Yup. We don't get it in Canada, we got the X Play.

So, the 32GB version is $475 once you get a nicer back. Add tax plus exchange rate, you're at over $700.
