Realize this before you spend your whole life wanting/regretting. There are about 7 billion people in the world roughly half women. So that means about 7 other girls look like her. Pshh hahah you thought I was going to go on about life lessons and stuff. No really graduate college and get a career then worry about women as you will not marry the person you dated in 8th grade.

Well I cant very well just stop liking somone.

Not Possible,

You have 2 options - do nothing and spend your time asking yourself "what if"

or just ask her out and see what happens - that's what I did in my case at least, got rejected, big deal.

I get it, I really do.

 

Back in highschool I had a similar situation, with a fairly similar dream, just me and my highschool sweetheart out camping, and just relaxing. That was when I realized that I had feelings for her deeper than just, "Eh shes kinda hot, and a cool friend." Long story short, I waited too long, found out too late she loved me, but gave up because I waited too long. she had thought I didn't feel the same way. We went together to senior prom, but it was too little, too late. She married my best friend two months after that. So YEA.

 

Waiting seems like a natural thing to do when you're scared, and we all do it, at least a little. but don't let that waiting ruin what would be an amazing time. If she likes you as a friend, then she already likes you for some reason, and take it from me. The best people to date, are friends, cause you already know about their personality, and they already like you to some degree. Love and friendliness are two sides of the same coin.

I've met a few people that have done just this ;)

I know me too. Some crazy speech lady came to our school and married the person she dated in 6th grade. But then he died in a car accident and she married her ex boy friend. A very odd say at school when she was there

With the course of asking a girl out, I never did, if you can get the girl to REALLY like you, you don't have to ask them out, things just take there way, like, you could be having a film night/evening and a kiss slips in (This is the case with my current girlfriend)

I know me too. Some crazy speech lady came to our school and married the person she dated in 6th grade. But then he died in a car accident and she married her ex boy friend. A very odd say at school when she was there

Well, not much, other than ski practice.

And thats alot, like 3 or more hours every day depending on if there is a race, but only in the winter
