This is what someone on the forum, who needs not to be named, said on the forum recently: "When it comes to gaming, depending on the game, if it's CPU intensive or not, the G3258 is actually on par with even the 5960X believe it or not."

I'm sorry, but last I checked a dual core cpu with no hyperthreading and an octacore CPU with hyperthreading  isn't even within the same like, range of existence.

instead of bitching about it behind this person's back, why not provide him with some benchmarks showing that?

Well, if the game doesn't need any more than 2 cores, the 5960X doesn't have any advantage.

I'm not the one making the claims. How have you not understood that.

No no no.. He's asking you why you would bitch behind this person's back, instead of talking directly to him about his claim..

i7 not perfectly stable at 4.4.. #firstworldproblems

I understood your post.. But you seem to instead of quote this person and tell him.. Complain about his claims in a different post..
