Would you like to breathe air that is 60% car exhaust and probably get robbed at gunpoint? Come on dowwwwwn to New York City! You will likely get eczema and asthma from how dirty the air is. I didn't know how clean air could be until I left the state for the first time and went to Virginia

New York>Monaco (and Italy, France)???

Went to Monaco 2 weeks or so ago, pretty amazing.

But you can't compare a city to a country like France or Italy.

Cities likes Nice, Cannes or Paris is very nice too. But only Paris comes close to NYC in terms of size and overall stuff to do.

New York has a lot of iconic things to see and do for sure, but I actually prefer Chicago overall. New York just feels more cramped and high strung to me and I think Chicago is a very nice clean city, although I have only been to NYC once and Chicago twice. Would your visit just be for travel or do you have other business?

New York is a wonderful place to visit. But it's not my cup of tea, really. Busy place and I don't do well in overly crowded areas.

What do they know of England, who only England know?

its an ok city lots to to but fairly expensive to get arround and stay in. If you want to go to a city that is mind blowing though I would sugest going to Tokyo. Of all the citys I have been in Tokyo take the cake. But as far as american citys I like the best Washigton D.C. is a fun one so is Vegas, and and the Denver area. I alos like Minnieapolis.

Chicago seems alright, except for its outskirts.

:D Virginia has nice air and water, but not much to do. Also you forgot the part about buildings having separate entrances for the poor, hipsters telling you how to live, and everyone acting like NYC is the great place on earth.

Oh and homeless people vomiting, defecating, and urinating in the streets.
