What part/component is loudest in your PC?

werto165

Stock fans included with Corsair 780T, followed by Coil whine but only under heavy loads.

Loudest components in my computer right now (Idle/Light use) is my hard drives. During heavy load/gaming, then it's the graphics card.

I want to replace my hard drives with an all SSD setup, so that my computer can be even more quiet. First World Problems.

Really? If it's anything like the 960 g1 then that's pretty quiet! Nice job

my case fans max outat like 1200 rpm so gpu fans are much louder at load. I wear headphones so i only notice when im done and take me off really. I can sleep un the same room when the gpu is looking for primes, ps3 fan is louder by far.

My shitty corsair sp 120s.

Seriously guys, they may look nice, and perform decently, but they're fuckin loud. I will never suggest a corsair fan, there are way better fans in terms of performance and acoustics for the price.

Search IP-AD180-2

Though it isn't that noisy, it's just a normal low noise, doesn't bother

This is a signature.

Cooling. I don't know why but the fans are quieter when going a max when when they are slowed down. When that are going slower they make a buzzing sound like their shacking but they are screwed in properly with the rubber grommets.

Your saying what I put here will be under my posts?

probably my exhaust fan. it's one of those red MSI Dragon fans. during idle you can barely hear my pc, tough when under heavy load it'll spin up to some very high and loud RPM's.
