Why use a controller?

It's weird, basically because I learned to play games on a console with a controller. The keyboard and mouse isn't really for playing games, It isn't immersive at all. If I want to move in real life, I physically go forward rather than pressing the 'W' key on my keyboard.

Compatible with Windows 95

I guess it depends on what games one plays but I was never able to play an fps game with a controller. Just seems so inefficient and inaccurate. I really like the analog versatility instead of the on-off function of the keyboard buttons when playing racing games though.

Yeah, the only thing you have to do is get an auto aim mod on the game and then its fine.
