So I was just browsing around, and then I saw this....

I've never seen anything as incredible looking! It's called the inno3d Herculez x4. All I know is that I want one!post-193594-0-63453200-1436043262_thumb.

I think it is almost repulsive.  No visible heatpipes, an ugly 20mm fan on top.  I like ASUS's STRIX 980 Ti and 390X DCUIII more.

Looks kind of gross in my opinion, though I'm the kind of person who likes EVGA ACX's design and EK-FC waterblocks.
