Yeah. To be clear though, I'm talking about the graphical fidelity. I'm sure there will be no resolution or frame rate cap on PC

That'll be fixed on PC. Probably within the first week.

Yeah. I suspect that MS paid them off for parity, and everyone is suffering as a result.

Pretty sure he meant just PS4 and XBone. You'd be stupid to think that Bethesda would limit the game to only 1080 @ 30fps on PC.

Dead Rising 3 runs perfectly fine at 60, no speed up.

lol well even if this is true, you could go into the .ini files and change it and if not, then I'm sure a mod will come out within a couple hours that makes it 60 FPS lol

It might fuck up the engine like Snickerzz said. It did the same thing in FO3 and Skyrim to uncap it. 

 

That's what interests me, since they said they are not gonna focus on graphics how can't they get more than 30? Maybe it's the "one console limiting the other" story all over again.

I think it's more because they might not be able to get 60 and something weird like 45 will cause tearing on most TVs.

It likely will be, same with Skyrim and FO3. Hopefully he misspoke and it's only locked on consoles.

I dunno if they do mean just consoles.

They might he worried that shared mods might not work if there's a huge difference in framerate across all platforms and locking PC to console parity is the Cheapest and easiest way to solve this.

I hope its incorrect but I fear it might not be.
