Does anyone actually do this successfully on a regular basis? I tried for like 6months and was able to have 1 lucid dream that I got too excited in and woke up like a minute into.

I've used reality checks for everything. I know there is the method where you put your self into sleep paralysis, which I've tried, still no success, just laid there for like an hour lol and it was at like 3 am right after I woke up.

But anyways, do you guys ever do it? The first one I had was a very kinky night with an asian chick as my sex slave, which I caught on was too good to be true then I got lucid and awoke, been chasing the experience ever since.

I sometimes lucid dream and have sleep paralysis too often.

Lucid dreaming is not that great though, dreams go over too quickly.

And I would not recommend sleep paralysis, it's pretty horrible.

I have been able to lucid dream a few times but not consistently, it was pretty fun to do. I wish I always could do it.

I've had it, my first one was pretty scary. After a quick googling of what had happened I learnt about it and then taught myself to expect it I guess. Anyways, it happened only once again and I remained calm and nothing too extreme happened. I feel like it goes badly because of how much people get scared in it, therefore your mind hallucinates all these weird spiders coming to eat your legs while you lay paralyzed

I should be able to but for some reason I've never been able to. In my dreams whatever I'm expecting to happen happens. If I expect to see someone around the corner, there they are! If I'm in a plane afraid of it crashing, it crashes! It would be so cool to control my dreams though

I can;t really explain my dreams, but I never had anything with spiders (not that scared of insects though, may have something to do with it).

Sometimes I just have sleep paralysis. Even without doing all this lay down on your back and do nothing stuff.. But so far in my life I have had it maybe 7 times that I can still recall.

oh the old plane crash... After everything around me exploding into fire and human parts and me just bouncing around until i stopped painlessly  I realized I was dreaming then woke instantly.

I've had a few lucid dreams, but I haven't really tried to have more. At the moment it seems like too much work for what I get out if it.

The only time I can remember is when I had a nightmare as a little child. I was being chased by someone in a bathhouse. Halfway through I just realized that it was a dream, so I stopped imagining the guy chasing me. Don't know what happened next but I was super excited about it when I woke up the following morning.

Haven't been able to do it since.

I've heard that if you regularly check your watch while awake you will instinctively do it in your dreams too, but in your dreams you will never be able to tell the time and that will give you a hint that you're asleep. I don't have a watch though so I can't try it out.

Not on a regular basis, but I've done it before in the past. Most of the time it actually happened naturally on it's own. There was only one or two times where I actively tried to do it (with the marker method, where you make a dot on your hand before you go to sleep and if it's not there later then you know you're dreaming) but I was never able to stay asleep for very long after realising I was dreaming. I never dreamt anything terrifying or had it go completely out of my control, I just slowly became more and more aware of my body in the bed until it became too "front of my mind" and woke me up.

But you can bet your butt I engaged in some filthy fantasies for as long as I possibly could before I woke up.

I find writing down any detail you remember after you wake up helps. anything, even if it's one word, write it down and gradually you'll start to get good at remembering em

every and i mean every dream i have is lucid. You want to know how I tell. If I can feel the pressure of fluids in my bladder, that and a general feeling of everything. I feel it I'm, awake. dont feel it im dreaming and i am in control! And as such all my dreams are fun...

See I could do that if I wanted to (dont thats a bit weird for me) in my dreams because of my method of reality testing. Try it. It may work for you so you can get that "experience" again. Also If you want the kinky straight off start a few of my friends who I told the lucid dream method have said looking at kinky 'materials' before sleep helps start that mood as with any setting.

The only time I have lucid dreams, I have no control over them, and I always die in the end of the dream.

YOU DIE? How does that even work and how does it feel? like how do you die? you just die?

I've committed suicide in a dream but I woke up before I could die, that would've been cool to go through death in a dream

It happens in a variety of ways. I've been shot in the head a few times, I just wake up at the instant of death. Usually it's either being shot in the head, falling, or drowning.

And it's an incredibly disturbing way to wake up. One of those "jolt upright saying "WHAT THE FUCK" kind of ways to wake up.

What are your methods? Because other thing I do is reality check often, it worked once but after it worked I could never remember to reality check, even if I tried. But yea, how do you do it? I can't really go by feel. It happened once but never again.
