LTT Forum members meetup, would you be willing to?

TheMidnightNarwhal

Okay, first this is just a little thing I thought about that I might start doing in like 5 years. I am still young but the idea came to me and it would be really cool. Basically setup a meeting point in either USA or  Canada and it could change every year and everything.

The only problem is that since not everyone is at the same place, I could only organize these events in centralized parts of North America and probably only the surrounding members could attend.

So would you be willing to participate in an event like this? Of course it would depend on where you live though. If a lot of people vote yes, I will seriously start thinking about it and planning something.

Needs "I'm willing but I can't" option.

Yes but I can't really consider. I know everyone would to but I need to know who can take summer vacations and drive.

Sorry :S

Maybe, but I don't have my license yet, so transportation is an issue, not to mention eww being social, and it would probs cost quite a bit in gas depending on how far it was from me..

It would depend where, if it was less than 3-4 hours from me sure. Past that the cost to drive just doesn't make sense.

Best meetup place is at one of the big LAN gaming events. I'm not sure about the US, but in the UK we have Insomnia.

MONTREAL !!!

I live in Gatineau that would be perfect but I am willing to do 18 hours of driving to have the best meet up place that is the most available to everybody, if people actually want to.

Are you suggesting a smoke on the top floor of windmill overlooking tulip fields?

Sounds illegal but tonnes of fun.
