My old D was massive and it ran hot, so it didn't last that long and would give out in like a minute. But with this new D, while it's tiny compare to my old D, but it packs a big punch. It last almost forever, able to work long hours without breaking a sweat. Lesson here is, bigger isn't always better.

Nope. Intel haven't done dual die in ages. Would probably be quite costly for them if they did that since these are likely tiny little chips.

If it's powerful, then yean doesn't matter if it's just 7nm or 1nm. But what happens when we want to go smaller than 1nm? Quantum? Behold my quantum D!

We have been dealing with QM effects for a long time. 65nm iirc.

 

also, solid state memory is basically dependant on quantum tunneling

Nice. Now someone besides Supermicro do something with these processors, PLEASE. Xeon D sounds awesome, Supermicro's 'enterprise level' price gouging is not.
