How little would you take to work for Linus Media Group

PCBudgetSolutions

If relocation costs were not a factor, how little would you take to work for Linus Media Group per year and what would you like to do? This would be at least a 40/hour a week job. Clearly if you have a family to provide for your number will need to be higher.  This is also gross not net.

For me, 40,000 a year and I'd love to be part of their marketing working with their sponsors, coordinating getting items to Linus and such.  How about you?

Vote for how little you would take to work for Linus Media Group and respond with your desired job.

If you had to relocate to Vancouver where Linus Media Group is, you're definitely getting an apartment for that little. :P Housing is crazy expensive here!

I'd work for $50k a year, a reasonable amount for a full time job. I'd love to edit videos and help build PCs. I wouldn't mind being on the livestream as well.

I feel 40k/year is enough, find a part time night job as well for a lil extra cash.  Thats roughly 3400 a month, 2400 after tax/healthcare.  Which means 500 for a small house, 400 for car insurance/payment, 500 for utilities and insurances/school taxes.  leaves me a nice chunk for food and other stuff.

$500 is definitely not enough for a small house, though I don't know what you mean by small house.

It's going to be a $750/month rent minimum for a one bedroom apartment.

40k is enough to live on, I agree. You just wouldn't have many luxuries in life.

I had to go with $80,000 a year too.  Mostly because I have loans to pay off for my undergrad and graduate degree.  Not sure what their gross profit is, but $80,000 wouldn't be bad salary to pay for someone with an advanced degree in Computer Science and years of experience/bachelors in marketing.

If I had the time (summer break) and made enough money off of my apps to get by I think it would just be cool to volunteer for a brief period of time.

I figure 40k+10K night job and a wife making a modest living could support a family decently.
