The image of some old black car is stunning indeed !

Looks pretty real.

At this point I don't care about any other mods. This is the best one for sure. Wish rock star realised it and allowed this one for both: Single and Multi player mode.

What he meant is, the original GTA4 looked not so good, thus the improvements the ICEnhancer made looked really good.  Where as GTAV already looks good, thus this mod may not look that much better.  It is about relative improvement, going from a 4 to an 8 is awesome, but going from 8 to 9 doesn't feel as impressive.

I think they'll be able to push the visuals even further. Have you seen what their latest version for GTA IV looks like? They did a great job on GTA IV.

Except icenhancer isn't a texture mod, it's a color grading and lighting modifier preset from ENB.

Don't know why everyone gets a hard on for icenhancer.

ICEnhancer (for GTA IV anyway) replaced textures as well.

 

Is it only going to be an ENB this time around?

No it didn't. Whenever I got around to modding GTA 4, I downloaded icenhancer and saw that it finished within a couple seconds. I wondered why that was because every video I kept seeing about it showed high resolution textures and so on.

So no, it's not a texture replacer.

The textures on the bottom of the page are considered part of ICEnhancer (hence why the all-in-one package intended to include those textures).

 

You simply downloaded the ENB and called it a day, but there were textures that were apart of ICEnhancer. I'm not making this up. :(

Those were probably added at a later time of my downloading. I specifically remember having to go other sources to get those textures and even reading from other people who were saying the same as I was.

Rockstar has said mods are ok for singleplayer and they might or might not allow online graphical changes.
