Yup.

Will be at least three months before i can move though. But the house won't move. might collapse.. but still

I'd like to have a house by the time I'm thirty, but because of the massive housing deficit in the UK the average price is something like £350,000. Which basically leaves me without a house until I'm fourty to fifty.

Well Uni would set me back around £50,000-60,000, that is of course of Labour doesn't win the 2020 elections.

Hours of work and my battlejacket still isn't finished, and Download Festival is in a month. 

What do they know of England, who only England know?

Im enjoying the benefits of having a collapsible bicycle rigth now!

Benefit number one:

(It folds up and takes up way less space than any other bike i have owned)

number two:

It dosent cost anything to bring on the bus!

Number three:

You can easily store it inside so it is safe from the bike thieves in your shady neighbourhood.

There are always hidden gems on the market.

350.000 seems a bit steep for a simple house. Hell the farm i grew up on will only get 250.000 - 300.000. And thats with a few acres of land and a massive barn

The house i'm 90% sure i'll be getting we bought for 70.000 in 2008.

When we moved from London to North Devon our three bedroom house sold for close to £500,000,a third of that went to my dad, and with the rest we bought a three bedroom house for £200,000 with an acre of land.
