The house i'm 90% sure i'll be getting we bought for 70.000 in 2008. 

There is a copper line in. But fiber will cost about 3-4000 to install..

True. Location and Size are pretty important when it comes to house value.

 

The house i'm ending up in is in an area that is fairly cheap and only has about 62 m2 of living area (There is an equally sized basement though)
