My mental health has been done the drain recently.

I am currently seeing a psychologist, I have only been to one session so far, but she is great; boosting my confidence by re-enforcing what I see.

 

Tomorrow, I am going for my hazards test, then going to a job interview.

I'm starting to clear out my wardrobe, going to stick to size 77 jeans and size s t-shirts from now on. I shouldn't wear baggy clothing, it doesn't look good.

77cm is 30", and it is a 50/50 split with pants sizes with inches or cm, just I talk in terms of cm because they are the unit of measurement I am used to.

I used to wear baggy clothes to keep my bulging belly fat but I realized that it doesn’t really make me look a little slimmer so I opted for more fitting clothing but with darker colors. Darker colored fabrics are good in giving the illusion that someone is thin.

I think I am going to go with tight clothes, in bright colours.

 

I'm going to replace most of my wardrobe, most of my shirts are mediums.

I don’t really even need sleep, unless I’ve got work the next day. I’ve stayed up until 3:00 AM and got up at 4:30 to go to work and been just fine.

I used to do the same. 3:30 at times too. There was something pretty serene about being up before most people.

Now i've got a 12 minute commute by car. (45 minutes by bus) So i can get up pretty late.

I would be late if I wake up at 7 and probably have deductions in my salary.

i get work shifts where i need to wake up at 6AM ... but im usually not asleep until 4AM xD

Couldn't do that when i was commuting to my previous job since the bus shook like it was going through atmospheric re-entry.

And now i've got two bus changes and a fifteen minute wait in between. Can't have a decent nap :/
