AMD Radeon R9 390X supposed price of over 700 US dollar [March 16th]

guiliphy

  • I think we can write off these rumors. Not only is an R7 265 performance level card for $150 ridiculous, but so is an R9 290 performance level card for $330. I look for the R9 380 to be slightly faster than the R9 290X, and priced somewhere between $279 and $299, the R9 380X to fall somewhat short of the 980 and be priced somewhere between $329 and $379, and an R9 380E? (Grenada CE/LE) with slightly higher performance than the R9 290, filling in at the $239 to $249 price point. I look for the R9 390X to be in the $649 to $749 price range. Don't look for all SKUs to be announced at launch. AMD might announce a single product in each tier, such as just the R9 380 in the Granada tier, at launch, with the rest being announced one at a time through early November.

You know what's easier than buying and building a brand new PC? Petty larceny!
If you're worried about getting caught, here's a trick: Only steal one part at a time. Plenty of people will call the cops because somebody stole their computer -- nobody calls the cops because they're "pretty sure the dirty-bathrobe guy from next door jacked my heat sink."

Error Topic not found.

Hmm, for some reason it adds another /main to the URL when I clicked it. I deleted that and it showed up fine. Don't know why its doing that.
